- 1 can mushroom soup
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 3 lb. chicken parts, salt and peppered
- 1 lb. small onions, quartered
- 1 medium clove garlic, minced
- salt to taste
Directions

1In Dutch oven, brown chicken in oil.

2Add remaining ingredients.

3Cover when it begins cooking, turn to low and cook 45 minutes or until tender.

4Using handles of Dutch oven, shake now and then.

5Serve over rice.
