- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. Marsala wine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 2 Tbsp. chopped shallots
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
Directions

1Dredge chicken in flour.

2In large skillet, melt butter.

3Add chicken to skillet and cook until browned on each side.

4Remove to serving platter.

5Add shallots to skillet; cook until tender. Stir in water, Marsala, mushrooms, parsley and salt.

6Cook, stirring to deglaze the pan, until the mushrooms are tender. Return chicken to pan.

7Cook, turning once, until both sides are coated and sauce thickens.
