- 8 chicken breasts
- flour to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- olive oil (for frying)
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1/2 c. sweet Marsala
Directions

1Debone and remove skin from chicken.

2Dredge the chicken pieces in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.

3Set aside.

4Saute onion and garlic in some olive oil, just until onions are clear (not browned).

5Remove from pan and deglaze the pan with white wine. Pour the wine over the onion and garlic.
