- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 c. sliced green onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1/3 c. Marsala or dry sherry
Directions

1Place each chicken breast between 2 sheets of clear plastic wrap.

2Pound with the flat side of a meat mallet to 1/4-inch thickness.

3Remove plastic.

4In a large skillet cook the mushrooms and green onions in 2 tablespoons of melted butter or margarine until just tender.

5Remove from the skillet.
