  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 c. Marsala wine
  • 1 small can chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
  • butter
  • fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 slices Provolone cheese

Directions

    Brown chicken in butter and place in a baking dish.

    Blend wine, broth and parsley; set aside.

    Bake chicken in oven for 10 minutes at 350°.
