  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup or half of each, mixed
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. Marsala wine

Directions

    Arrange chicken in shallow baking dish (9 x 13-inch).

    Put lemon juice on top.

    Combine sour cream, soup, mayonnaise and wine.

    Mix well and pour over chicken.

    Bake at 375° for 1 hour, uncovered.

    Serve with rice.
