- 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts (skinless and chunked)
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce with onions
- 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 c. Marsala wine (rinse out tomato sauce can)
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- dash of crushed red pepper
Directions

1Combine ingredients in skillet and cook, stirring occasionally to combine flavors.

2Simmer over low heat for 45 minutes.

3Serve over 1 pound cooked pasta or 4 cups cooked rice.
