- 2 to 3 lb. chicken cutlets
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. Gravy Master
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1/2 c. wine
- 1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved in 1 c. water
- 1 stick butter
Directions

1Cut up chicken cutlets and coat with flour.

2Melt butter in a frying pan and saute chicken pieces for 10 minutes.

3Then add all other ingredients.

4Cook for 20 minutes.

5If you find gravy too thick, add water.

6If it's too watery, add flour.
