Chicken Marsala

  • 1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. Marsala wine
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1/2 lb. carrots
  • flour

Directions

    Cut chicken in thin slices.

    Roll in flour.

    Melt butter and saute until brown.

    Remove, then add wine, soy sauce, mushrooms and par-cooked carrots.

    Add all to baking dish and bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 350°.
