- 1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. Marsala wine
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1/2 lb. carrots
- flour
Directions

1Cut chicken in thin slices.

2Roll in flour.

3Melt butter and saute until brown.

4Remove, then add wine, soy sauce, mushrooms and par-cooked carrots.

5Add all to baking dish and bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 350°.
