- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- salt to taste
- ground pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 1/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. light margarine (stick form)
- 8 oz. canned cream-style corn
Directions

1On shallow plate, combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Coat chicken breasts on both sides with flour mixture.

2In large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, melt margarine.

3Add chicken; cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until browned, turning once.

4Reduce heat to medium-low.

5Cook 10 minutes longer or until chicken is cooked through.

6Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

7To drippings in skillet, add corn; stir well to incorporate pan drippings.

8Season with salt, pepper and paprika to taste.

9Serve chicken with corn sauce on side.
