- 1/3 cup hot sauce
- 40 grams butter
- 1/2 kilogram chicken breast ground
- 1 stalk celery finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs

1Preheat the oven at 232C.

2Heat the butter and the hot sauce in a deep skillet on medium until the butter melts, and let it cool off.

3Grease a cooking tray with cooking spray.

4Mix the butter sauce, chicken breasts, celery, egg, and breadcrumbs in a large bowl.

5Form the meatballs using your hands and place them on the cooking tray.

6Place the tray in the oven and let it cook for 15 minutes.

7Remove the cooking tray from the oven and let the meatballs cool off for 10 minutes before serving.
