  • 40 grams butter
  • 1/2 kilogram chicken breast ground
  • 1 stalk celery finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs

    Heat the butter and the hot sauce in a deep skillet on medium until the butter melts, and let it cool off.

    Grease a cooking tray with cooking spray.

    Mix the butter sauce, chicken breasts, celery, egg, and breadcrumbs in a large bowl.

    Form the meatballs using your hands and place them on the cooking tray.
