  • 2 whole chicken breasts, halved, skinned and boned
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
  • 2 tsp. chopped chives
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 to 1/3 c. dry white wine
  • 1/2 c. dairy sour cream

Directions

    Heat oven to 375°.

    In skillet, saute chicken breasts in butter with seasonings until almost done.

    Separate dough into 8 triangles.

    Place 4 triangles on large cookie sheet.

    Put one piece of chicken on each triangle.

    Put other triangles on top of chicken and seal edges.

    Bake about 25 minutes until golden brown.
