- 1 1/2 Tbsp. gelatin
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 2 c. finely chopped cooked chicken
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2/3 c. chopped celery
- 2/3 c. frozen baby peas
- salt and paprika to taste
- 1 c. whipped cream
- chopped hard-boiled eggs (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion (optional)
- dill weed to taste (optional)
Directions

1Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup broth.

2Dissolve in 1/2 cup hot broth.

3Combine all ingredients, except the whipped cream, then fold in whipped cream.

4Pour into 1 1/2 to 2-quart mold.

5Serve with crackers.

6Can also be chilled in individual molds and used as a salad course.
