Chicken Mushroom Casserole

  • 6 to 8 pieces chicken or amount needed
  • 1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can French fried onions

Directions

    Wash chicken thoroughly.

    Dry with paper towel.

    Lay chicken pieces in a casserole dish.

    Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine half the onions with the soup and milk.

    Pour over chicken. Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes or until chicken is done. Sprinkle remaining onions over top and return to oven for 5 minutes.
