  • 2 to 2 1/2 lb. cut up chicken
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 peach halves, mashed
  • 1/4 c. peach syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. margarine

Directions

    Place cut up chicken in a 9 x 13 baking dish.

    Combine peach syrup, lemon juice, soy sauce and peach halves.

    Pour over chicken.

    Dot with margarine.

    Bake at 375° for 1 1/2 hours. Baste often.
