  • 4 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cut into bite size
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 c. plain flour
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • corn oil or peanut oil

Directions

    Combine dry ingredients, mixing well.

    Dip chicken in milk and dredge in flour mixture.

    Heat one inch of oil in electric skillet to 325°.

    Add chicken and fry 5 minutes on each side.

    Drain on paper towels.

    Makes 2 dozen nuggets.
