  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • barbecue or taco sauce for dipping

    Cut chicken into 1 1/2-inch cubes.

    In a bowl, stir together egg and oil.

    Dip each chicken piece in egg and then in crumbs to coat.

    Arrange chicken on a paper plate.
