- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- barbecue or taco sauce for dipping
Directions

1Cut chicken into 1 1/2-inch cubes.

2In a bowl, stir together egg and oil.

3Dip each chicken piece in egg and then in crumbs to coat.

4Arrange chicken on a paper plate.

5Cover with another paper plate and microwave on Medium-high for 8 minutes.
