- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 tsp. meat tenderizer
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. Wesson oil
Directions

1Cut chicken breasts into small nugget sized pieces (deboning it).

2Mix buttermilk and meat tenderizer together in a bowl.

3Put flour in a separate bowl.

4Wash chicken thoroughly.

5Dip chicken in buttermilk mixture and then roll in flour (add salt and pepper to flour if desired).

6Pour Wesson oil in frying pan and heat. Place floured chicken pieces in hot oil and fry until golden brown (turning as necessary).

7Drain on paper towel and serve while hot. Serves approximately 6.
