Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. finely chopped, cooked chicken
  • 1/3 c. chopped, toasted almonds
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. flour

Directions

    Combine chicken with almonds.

    Blend broth, oil, salt, celery seed, parsley flakes and Worcestershire sauce.

    Bring to a boil. Add flour.

    Cook over low heat, beating rapidly until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a smooth, compact ball.

    Remove from heat and add one egg at a time, beating until mixture is shiny. Stir in chicken mixture.

    Drop 1/2 teaspoon mixture on greased baking sheet.

    Bake at 450° for 10 to 15 minutes.
