  • 1 chicken, boiled, deboned and skinned
  • grated Longhorn cheese
  • 4 chopped green chilies or 8 oz. can
  • corn tortillas
  • chopped onions, sauteed until clear
  • 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup

Directions

    Using a 9 x 13-inch pan, sprayed with Pam, layer ingredients starting with tortillas.

    I usually fry lightly in cooking oil to make them pliable.

    Layer chicken, cheese, onions and soup. Repeat.

    Final layer should be cheese.

    Bake at 350° until cheese melts and is bubbly.
