  • 12 chicken legs or thighs
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1 large garlic clove, crushed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c. oregano
  • 1/4 c. parsley

    Mix all ingredients in bowl.

    Arrange chicken on foil covered baking sheet.

    Brush with oil mixture.

    Broil 1/2 hour each side, brushing often.
