  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. cut up, cooked chicken
  • 1/2 c. diced onion
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine

    Mix soup, milk, chicken, onion, celery and water chestnuts in 3-quart saucepan.

    Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.

    Reduce heat; keep warm.

    Mix Bisquick, water and soy sauce until soft dough forms.

    Gently smooth dough into ball on well floured board. Knead 5 times; roll out.

    Cut into 1 to 1 1/2-inch squares.

    Pour chicken mix into a 9 x 13-inch casserole.

    Melt margarine and brush on top of dough squares.

    Bake for 15 minutes at 425°.
