Ingredients

  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
  • 1/2 c. oleo
  • 2 cans Swanson chicken
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. frozen peas, partly cooked
  • 1 Tbsp. onion
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 small jar pimento

Directions

    Mix together the first 2 ingredients and put in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Save 3/4 cup for topping.

    Heat all liquids.

    Mix everything together.

    Pour over stuffing.

    Put the reserved stuffing on top.

    Bake at 325° for 45 minutes. Serves 12.
