- 3 to 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 tsp. to 2 Tbsp. paprika
- 3 to 4 c. stock
- 4 to 6 pieces skinned chicken
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream or yogurt or half and half
Directions

1Melt butter in skillet.

2Add chopped onion and saute.

3Add paprika.

4Slowly add stock.

5Simmer, then add skinned chicken. Simmer covered 45 minutes.

6Stir occasionally.

7Add flour and sour cream or yogurt or half and half.

8Stir into chicken stock 5 minutes.

9Serve over noodles.
