  • 1 can (10.75 Oz. Size) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 23 cups Mushrooms (fresh, Not Canned, Canned Are Nasty)
  • 16 ounces, fluid Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cups Cooking Sherry
  • 5 whole Chicken Breasts
  • 2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 3 cups Cooked Rice Or Noodles

Directions

    Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Combine the soup, mushrooms, sour cream, and sherry.

    Place chicken in the bottom of a casserole dish (or pyrex works, too).

    Pour the above mixture over the chicken.

    Sprinkle the paprika on top.

    Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.

    Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
