- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Size) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 23 cups Mushrooms (fresh, Not Canned, Canned Are Nasty)
- 16 ounces, fluid Sour Cream
- 1/2 cups Cooking Sherry
- 5 whole Chicken Breasts
- 2 teaspoons Paprika
- 3 cups Cooked Rice Or Noodles
Directions

1Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Combine the soup, mushrooms, sour cream, and sherry.

2Place chicken in the bottom of a casserole dish (or pyrex works, too).

3Pour the above mixture over the chicken.

4Sprinkle the paprika on top.

5Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.

6Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
