Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Flour
  • 1/4 tsp. Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper
  • 6 Skinned Boneless Chicken Breast (2 lb.)
  • 3 Tbsp. Margarine or Butter
  • 8 oz. Sliced Fresh Mushrooms
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/4 Cup Dry White Wine
  • 2 tsp. Chicken Bouillon
  • 2 tsp. Chopped Parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. Thyme Leaves

Directions

    Combine flour, paprika and pepper in a plastic bag.

    Add chicken and shake to coat.

    In a skillet, brown chicken in margarine.

    Remove from pan.

    In the same skillet add remaining ingredients and simmer 3 minutes.

    Return chicken to pan and simmer 20 minutes covered until tender.
