- 6 medium chicken breast (halves)
- 1/2 c. white cooking wine
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- paprika
- 1 c. sour cream or to taste
- hot, cooked rice
Directions

1Wash and dry chicken.

2Salt and pepper.

3Place, skin side up, in baking dish.

4Blend wine and soups together well.

5Add mushrooms, if desired.

6Pour over chicken.

7Cover and bake in 350° oven for 1 1/4 hours.

8Remove cover and bake for 10 more minutes. Place chicken on rice and mix chicken drippings with sour cream and heat on low until hot.

9Spoon over chicken and rice and pour in gravy boat on the side.
