- 6 medium chicken breasts (12 boned)
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (3 oz.) drained can mushrooms (or use fresh mushrooms)
- paprika
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Place chicken, skin side up, in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with salt (but not necessary).

2Blend soup and wine.

3Add mushrooms.

4Pour over chicken.

5Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Uncover the last 10 to 15 minutes.

6Remove chicken to platter and sprinkle with paprika.

7Pour sauce into pan; add sour cream.

8Heat but do not boil.

9Serve over chicken and rice.
