- 6 medium boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. white Zinfandel
- 1 c. sour cream
- paprika
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (3 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
Directions

1Place chicken breasts in 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Salt.

3Mix wine and mushroom soup with whisk.

4Add mushrooms.

5Pour mixture over chicken.

6Cover and bake for 1 1/4 hours at 350°.

7Remove chicken from pan and sprinkle with paprika.

8Pour remaining sauce into saucepan.

9Add sour cream and heat gently until warm.

10Pour over chicken and serve with rice.
