- skinless boneless chicken breasts
- Italian bread crumbs (Progresso are the best!)
- peanut oil
- spaghetti sauce
- Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese (a lot)
Directions

1Bread chicken breasts with bread crumbs.

2Fry them in a skillet with peanut oil until they are brown on both sides.

3In a baking pan, lay them in spaghetti sauce and cover with cheese. Bake at 350° to 375° for about 20 to 25 minutes.

4The chicken should have almost fully cooked when it was fried.
