  • skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • Italian bread crumbs (Progresso are the best!)
  • peanut oil
  • spaghetti sauce
  • Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese (a lot)

Directions

    Bread chicken breasts with bread crumbs.

    Fry them in a skillet with peanut oil until they are brown on both sides.

    In a baking pan, lay them in spaghetti sauce and cover with cheese. Bake at 350° to 375° for about 20 to 25 minutes.

    The chicken should have almost fully cooked when it was fried.
