- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 4 catfish fillets (1 lb.)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lime, cut into four wedges
Directions

1Mix barbecue sauce, paprika and cumin; spread onto one side of fish.

2Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.

3Add fish, seasoned-sides down; cook 3 min.
