  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
  • 4 catfish fillets (1 lb.)
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 lime, cut into four wedges

    Mix barbecue sauce, paprika and cumin; spread onto one side of fish.

    Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.

    Add fish, seasoned-sides down; cook 3 min.

    Turn fish over; cook 3 min.

    on medium heat or until fish flakes easily with fork.

    Transfer fish to plate.

    Pour drippings from skillet over fish; squeeze lime juice over fish.
