  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 3 cubes chicken bouillon
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 c. cooked chicken
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. pimiento

Directions

    In saucepan, melt butter; add bouillon.

    Stir in flour and seasoning. Add milk and lemon juice.

    Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened.

    Stir in chicken, celery, pimiento and all but 2 tablespoons pecans.

    Heat well.

    Trim with nuts.
