- 3 chicken breasts (cut in slices)
- 1 green pepper sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- pinch oregano
Directions

1Clean the chicken breast and sliced them.

2Cut the onion and bell pepper and set aside.

3In a hot pan on medium heat add the oil and when is hot add the chicken.

4Once is golden and soft add all the ingredients and mix well.

5Let it sit for a few minutes untils it gets a little bit thick.

6And enjoy with white rice or fried rice.

7TIP: MIX THE CORNSTARCH WITH THE SAME AMOUNT OF WATER MIX IT REALLY GOOD AND THEN ADDED TO THE CHICKEN.
