  • 3 chicken breasts (cut in slices)
  • 1 green pepper sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • pinch oregano

Directions

    Clean the chicken breast and sliced them.

    Cut the onion and bell pepper and set aside.

    In a hot pan on medium heat add the oil and when is hot add the chicken.

    Once is golden and soft add all the ingredients and mix well.

    Let it sit for a few minutes untils it gets a little bit thick.

    And enjoy with white rice or fried rice.

    TIP: MIX THE CORNSTARCH WITH THE SAME AMOUNT OF WATER MIX IT REALLY GOOD AND THEN ADDED TO THE CHICKEN.
