- 2 green peppers
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 4 chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 4 to 6 cloves garlic
- 1 c. Monterey jack cheese
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Brown chicken slices in ovenproof pan.

2Remove with slotted spoon.

3Saute green peppers over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes.

4Add chicken back, cook until just done, remove from heat.

5Preheat broiler to high.

6Top chicken mixture with butter, garlic and cheese.

7Place under broiler 6 to 7 minutes, until well browned. Garnish with sliced green onion.

8Serve with warm tortillas and Spanish rice.
