Ingredients

  • 1 gal. green mangoes, peeled and cut in halves
  • 6 c. water
  • 2 c. vinegar
  • 4 c. brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. Hawaiian salt
  • 2 Tbsp. red coloring

Directions

    Boil all ingredients, except mangoes.

    Add mangoes when mixture is cool.

    Store in jars and refrigerate.
