  • 1 (11 oz.) can white Shoe Peg corn
  • 1 (8 oz.) can yellow whole kernel corn
  • 1 (15 oz.) can small green peas
  • 1 (15 oz.) can French-style green beans
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/3 c. grated onion
  • 1/2 c. white vinegar
  • 1/3 c. oil (your choice)
  • 3/4 c. sugar (can be made with artificial sweetener)
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Drain vegetables; mix with celery and onions, add salt and pepper.

    Heat vinegar and sugar; pour over vegetables. Refrigerate until well chilled before eating.
