- 1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 lb. chicken cutlets (boneless and skinless)
- 3 Tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions

1Combine white wine, lemon juice and chopped garlic.

2Pound thin about 1 pound chicken cutlets.

3Coat with seasoned bread crumbs and saute chicken in olive oil until lightly browned and tender.

4Add wine mixture and simmer uncovered a

5few minutes until liquid is somewhat reduced.

6Sprinkle with parsley.
