- chicken cutlets
- flour
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- margarine for pan
- 2 bouillon cubes (chicken flavored)
- 1 to 2 eggs with 2 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Combine flour, garlic and paprika.

2Dip chicken cutlet in dry mixture.

3Dip chicken cutlet in egg with lemon juice.

4Brown in margarine (not oil) in a frying pan.

5When brown, add 3/4 cup boiling water, bouillon cubes and 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
