- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 egg
- 3 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 2 tsp. instant bouillon or 2 cubes
- 1/2 c. boiling water
Directions

1Beat egg with 1 teaspoon lemon juice; set aside.

2Combine flour, garlic power and paprika.

3Dip chicken in egg, then roll in flour.

4In skillet, melt margarine.

5Brown chicken on medium heat. Dissolve bouillon in water.

6Add 2 teaspoons lemon juice.

7Pour over chicken.

8Simmer 20 minutes turning chicken as it browns.
