- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 chicken breasts (boneless)
- 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. cooking wine (white)
- 2 tsp. chicken base
Directions

1Remove skin from chicken.

2On cutting board with meat mallet, pound each chicken breast into about 1/4-inch thick cutlets.

3Mix bread crumbs and salt.

4In separate bowl mix egg and milk.

5Dip chicken into egg mixture, then into bread crumbs, coating both sides.

6Over medium heat, melt butter.

7Cook cutlets until tender and golden on both sides (5 minutes each side).

8Remove from heat. Keep warm.
