  • 2 c. cooked, deboned chicken
  • 1 can cream of celery soup (or cream of chicken, mushroom)
  • 1 soup can chicken broth
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 stick melted butter

Directions

    Boil chicken without adding salt.

    Place cooked and deboned chicken in baking dish.

    Mix soup and chicken broth.

    Warm and pour over chicken.

    Combine flour, baking powder, milk and butter. Pour over top of casserole.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
