  • 3 to 4 lb. fryer, boiled and deboned
  • 3 eggs, boiled and sliced
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Place layer of chicken on bottom of baking dish.

    Add sliced eggs.

    Mix soup, broth and onion.

    Pour over chicken and eggs. Mix flour, butter and milk.

    Spoon over other ingredients.

    Bake at 325° until brown, approximately 1 hour.
