- 1 large broiler-fryer chicken
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook chicken, save broth.

2Take chicken from bones and layer in bottom of Pyrex dish.

3Pour broth over.

4Spread soup over (may be made ahead to this point and refrigerated).

5When ready to bake, make a mixture of the margarine, flour and milk, stirring until smooth.

6Pour over top of pie and bake in preheated oven at 350° for 45 minutes, or until crust rises and turns golden brown.
