- 1 (2 1/4 lb.) chicken (breast is best)
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can chicken broth
Directions

1Cook chicken until tender.

2Pull meat from bones.

3Shred with fingers.

4Put on large baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Melt margarine.

5Pour over chicken.

6Blend flour and milk together until smooth.

7Pour over chicken.

8In saucepan, mix soup and broth that chicken was cooked in.

9Add pepper and salt.

10Heat to boiling point and pour over flour mixture.

11Bake at 425° until brown about 1 hour.
