- 3 1/2 to 4 lb. chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Boil chicken and remove from bones.

2Heat soup and broth. Pour over the chicken.

3Mix margarine, buttermilk, flour, salt and pepper.

4Pour over chicken.

5Bake at 425° for 25 to 30 minutes or until brown.
