  • 2 1/2 lb. chicken (fryer), cooked and boned
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 c. chicken broth (from cooked chicken)
  • 1 c. self rising flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 stick melted margarine

Directions

    Bring chicken, chicken soup and broth to a boil.

    Pour in a 12 x 9 x 2 inch sheet pan.

    Mix flour, baking powder, black pepper, milk and margarine; pour over chicken in pan.

    Bake at 425° for 30 minutes or till brown.
