  • 2 or 3 c. boiled chicken, deboned
  • 4 boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of celery soup
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • black pepper to taste

    Place chicken in casserole dish.

    Add eggs.

    Mix broth and soup.

    Pour over chicken.

    Melt margarine.

    Add flour and milk and mix.

    Bake at 375° until crust is brown. Batter will form crust.
