- 2 1/2 lb. chicken breast
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/4 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. milk
- 1 stick margarine, melted
Directions

1Cook chicken and remove from bone.

2Tear into small pieces. Save broth.

3Combine chicken, soup and broth together.

4Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

5Spray pan with Pam.

6Pour chicken mixture into pan.

7Mix flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, melted margarine and milk.

8Pour over chicken.

9Cut batter into chicken with spoon until mixed through.

10Bake at 425° for 30 to 40 minutes.
