- 1 chicken (3 lb.)
- 1 large can peas
- 1 large can carrots
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 2 c. milk
- 2 c. Bisquick mix
Directions

1Cook, bone and cut into pieces the chicken.

2Drain the peas and carrots and mix together the soups and broth.

3Layer the chicken, then peas and carrots; pour soup mixture over chicken and peas; mix together milk and Bisquick and pour over this.

4Use a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until golden brown on top.
