- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. fryer
- 1 can undiluted cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 3 1/2 c. reserved chicken broth
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cook chicken in pressure cooker.

2Save broth; debone and deskin chicken.

3Cut into small pieces.

4Lightly grease 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.

5In another bowl, combine margarine, pepper, salt, flour and buttermilk.

6Mix this to form batter.

7Layer chicken, broth mix and spoon batter on top.

8Bake at 425° for 25 to 30 minutes.
